Valentine’s Day is often painted as a celebration of love, connection, and happiness. But for many people, Valentine’s Day doesn’t feel joyful. It feels isolating. Loneliness isn’t just about being single or spending the day by yourself. You can feel lonely while surrounded by friends, in a relationship, or while scrolling through a feed full of smiling faces.
