May 4, 2018
Minutes

Meeting called to order at 12:00 pm by Pam Zweifel, President.

Present at the Meeting: Joey Martinez, Nancy Griffin, Pam Zweifel, Heidi Bezaire, Dan Biezad, Joe Johnson.

Quorum of voting members established.

April 6 meeting minutes read. Joe Johnson moved that the minutes of the April 6, 2018 be approved. Heidi Bezaire seconded. Motion carried unanimously.

The Memo of Understanding between NAMI California and NAMI San Luis Obispo was reviewed. After discussion Joey Martinez moved to adopt the MOU, Heidi Bezaire seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.

The new NAMI SLOCO Bylaws were reviewed and discussed. Joey Martinez moved that the new Bylaws be adopted as corrected. Nancy Griffin seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.

Meeting adjourned at 1:05 pm.
